Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant number of users teleworking, a 50 to 95% decrease in ridership has been recorded in buses, trains and the metro in the greater Montréal region.

Considering that most users will continue working from home, several changes will be made to the service offer to adapt it to current ridership. However, additional changes can be made at any time based on ridership and the needs of public transit users.

The changes made to the service has reduced the offer by 10%.
